Topic: Seeking the Lord.
Theme: God assures us that we can all find Him when we seek for Him with all our Hearts.
Scripture: Jeremiah 29:4-14 (especially verse 13).
1. What we can do. "Seek the Lord." Let me give you five reasons why you should seek the
Lord:
a. He tells us to do so.
b. He plans to prosper us, and not harm us (11).
c. He plans to give us hope (11)
d. He plans to give us a future (11).
2. What will happen when we seek for the Lord "You will find me" (13). How will we
know that we have found the Lord?
a. We experience love.
b. We experience faith.
c. We experience forgiveness.
d. We experience peace.
e. We experience joy.
f. We experience a new life.
3. When will this happen "when we seek him with all our heart" (13, 14). What does it
mean "with all your heart"?
a. Seek honestly.
b. Seek bravely.
c. Seek purposefully.
d. Seek affectionately.
e. Seek humbly.
