The Way to Heaven

Topic:  The Way to Heaven
Bible:  John 14:6
Thesis:  What is the way that leads to Heaven.

     1.   It is a Purposeful Way:  "to the Father."
               a.   We need to get to the Father because we are lost.

               b.   We need to get to the Father because we are in danger. 
   

               c.   We need to get to the Father because we are helpless.

     2.   It is a Personal Way.  "I am the Way"
               a.   Christ's is the way of Love.

               b.   Christ's is the way of Sacrifice.

               c.   Christ's is the way of acceptance.

     3.   It is a Truthful Way: "the Truth."
               a.   Not a deceptive way.

               b.   Not a disappointing way.

               c.   Is a sure way.

     4.   It is a Living Way:  "the Life"
               a.   Way of  Power.

               b.   Way of Happiness.

               c.   Way of Eternity.  

     5.   It is a Narrow Way: "No one comes- except through me."
               a.   A narrow way, but open to all.

               b.   A narrow way, for it is only through Christ.

               c.   A Narrow way, in contrast to the broad way.
