Committed to the Word of His Grace (Acts 20:32)

          Topic:    Commitment.
          Theme:    From Acts 20:32 we see two things to commit too, and two blessings we receive
          from this commitment.
Text:  Acts 20:32

     1.   Two things to commit too.
               a.   To God.
                         i.   To His Riches to provide for us.
                         ii.  To His Wisdom for our direction.
                         iii. To His Power for our defence.
                         iv.  To His Goodness and Mercy for our Comfort.
                         v.   To His Truth for our confidence.

               b.   To the Word of His grace.
                         i.   Commit yourself into the care of a person.  Jesus Christ.
                         ii.  Written word tells us of His grace.
                         iii. Written Word tells us of His promises and assurances.

     2.   Two blessings of this commitment.
               a.   It will build you up.
                         i.   The analogy of a Temple.
                         ii.  What is can build you up in:
                                   (1)  Knowledge.
                                   (2)  Faith.
                                   (3)  Love.
                                   (4)  Holiness.
                                   (5)  Happiness.

               b.   It gives you an inheritance among those who are sanctified.
                         i.   The inheritance.
                                   (1)  It is a rich inheritance.
                                   (2)  It is an inheritance that has been paid for.
                                   (3)  It is reserved.
                                   (4)  It is eternal.
                         ii.  For whom is this inheritance?  The Sanctified.
                         iii. How does it come to us?  "Give you."
